•       I have been practicing Zen Buddhism from the mid-1970's to the present.  From the mid-70's to the mid- 80's I was a member of the New York Zen Center, under the guidance of Rev. Kando Nakajima Roshi.  Over the years I have practiced with a number of other Zen groups and visited a few Zen monasteries.
•      On this page are some articles and poetry I have written as well as other relevant material.

  Many years ago, I decided to build a pond in my yard.  This page contains pictures and video of that pond.  

Building this pond, as well as just being there, have taught me a lot about the natural world.  Spending time in the pond area is quite peaceful.
